In order to get your application started, please send us the following documents by email
- INTERNSHIP USA Confirmation form, duly completed and signed,
- CIEE Fee Disclosure : print your name, sign and date the bottom of the page. The prices are indicated for your information only. We will circle the fees corresponding to your choice of program and duration and will then upload this document for you onto your online CIEE application.
As soon as we receive these two documents from you, we will generate an automatic email from CIEE, giving you access to your online application. Just follow the instructions and fill out all applicable and required sections.
CIEE’s Intern/Trainee Application is in two parts: one to be filled out by yourself and the second one to be filled out by your employer (Training Plan or DS-7002).
Please invite your employer to fill out the online training plan as soon as you get access to CIEE’s platform by clicking on « Training Plan ».
Once we have validated all your documents, we will call you for a brief phone interview.
Please note that you will need to upload certain additional documents, depending on your situation: scan of your passport (the page with your photo), copy of your diploma, proof of resources if you earn less than $1000 per month (you can download the example letter on the application page), proof of student status…
